SayPilot

SayPilot User Agreement

Welcome to SayPilot. This User Agreement is entered into between you and Wuhan Huiyu Lingxi Technology Co., Ltd. (武汉市慧语灵犀科技有限责任公司) ("we", "us", or "our"). It applies to the SayPilot Android app, SayPilot cloud services, management center, floating assistant, screenshot recognition, cloud generation, account, and feedback features.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Service

SayPilot is a user-triggered chat reply assistant. On supported chat conversation screens, you can tap the SayPilot floating assistant or related controls. SayPilot may read the currently visible chat context, conversation title, input draft, and your reply settings to generate candidate replies and draft improvement suggestions. For eligible named direct conversations, it may also use locally stored conversation memory and contact profiles to generate conversation summaries, relationship or identity hints, and profile review results. Group chats do not create long-term conversation memory or contact profiles.

The current version may support chat apps such as WeChat, WeCom, WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, and Messenger. Actual support may vary depending on the SayPilot version, third-party chat app version, system permissions, device manufacturer restrictions, and page structure changes. The available capabilities are those shown by the App in the current version.

SayPilot does not send chat messages for you, does not tap a third-party chat app's send button, and does not write generated content into a third-party chat app's input box on its own. Candidate replies are for reference only. You decide whether to copy, edit, paste, send, or ignore them.

2. User Triggering and Permission Boundaries

To provide the service, SayPilot may request or use the following system permissions and capabilities:

  • Accessibility service: after you enable it and actively use chat recognition, reply generation, or earlier-context review, SayPilot uses it to read currently visible chat content, conversation titles, input drafts, UI structure, and control positions. SayPilot does not use the accessibility service to send messages automatically, and does not read passwords, payment verification codes, contacts, SMS, or content unrelated to reply suggestions.
  • Display-over-other-apps permission: used to show the floating assistant entry point, floating panel, and related controls on supported chat pages.
  • Screen capture/screenshot capability: used only after you actively trigger screenshot recognition or screenshot fallback and approve the Android system prompt. Screenshots may include visible chat content, input drafts, or other screen information. SayPilot does not continuously record the screen in the background.
  • Network access: used to connect to the SayPilot backend, obtain cloud reply suggestions, profile review results, cloud quota, version updates, or submit feedback and diagnostic materials that you choose to send.
  • Notifications and foreground service: used when needed to keep the floating assistant, screenshot recognition, or related background tasks visibly running.
  • Startup-related broadcasts: used to restore necessary floating assistant state after device restart or app update. Whether this happens still depends on system settings and your authorization status.
  • File sharing and cache capabilities: used to create feedback export files, temporary screenshot previews, logs, or diagnostic materials, and to pass them through system file authorization when you actively share feedback.
  • Querying supported app installation status: used to determine whether supported chat apps are installed on the device, so SayPilot can display or optimize available features.

You can disable related permissions at any time in Android system settings or in the App. Some features may stop working or switch to a limited fallback mode after permissions are disabled.

3. Cloud Generation, Local Memory, and Data Handling

When you use cloud generation, SayPilot sends the minimum context needed for reply generation to the SayPilot cloud service at https://www.getsaypilot.com over HTTPS. This context may include currently visible chat messages, conversation title, input draft, reply style, reply intent, banned words, group reply target, local conversation summaries, contact profile summaries, screenshots you allow for that request, and necessary request metadata.

Before a reply-generation request is sent, SayPilot shows a Pre-send Check summarizing the selected chat context and reply settings. You can review the selected transcript, confirm generation, or cancel. Confirming starts only the current request and does not authorize background chat collection or automatic message sending.

Before a cloud generation request is built, SayPilot locally redacts structured text where possible. The redaction replaces high-risk items such as phone numbers, email addresses, verification codes, passwords or passphrases, government ID numbers, bank card numbers, API keys or tokens, payment or transfer account identifiers, and precise address fragments. Ordinary nicknames, names, relationship terms, and regular chat meaning are not hidden by default. In screenshot recognition or screenshot-based generation, the original screenshot may be used for the current cloud recognition request, and the first version does not blur or mask the screenshot image itself.

The SayPilot backend may call AI model providers enabled in the current cloud routing configuration, or other necessary service providers, to generate reply suggestions, draft evaluations, or profile review results. Specific provider names, purposes, data types, and regions are described in Appendix 3 of the Privacy Policy and the public website version. Model provider secrets should not be embedded in the client app package.

SayPilot may store global reply preferences and default settings, plus contact notes, conversation summaries, long-term profiles, and interaction profiles for eligible named direct conversations. It may also store on-device generation history created after you actively trigger generation, permission confirmation records, temporary screenshot previews, feedback export caches, and diagnostics. Reply intent and group reply target, scope, or @ settings are used only for the current runtime state or generation request and are not saved as long-term group memory or profiles. Group chats do not create long-term conversation memory or contact profiles; however, group candidate replies and related context needed to review that result may be stored in separate on-device generation history and are not used as a long-term group profile. You can clear local assistant data from "Management Center - Help and Feedback - Privacy and Local Data". Clearing local data does not automatically delete records already sent to the cloud backend, model providers, or feedback handling systems.

To delete the currently signed-in account and data directly associated with that account, go to "Management Center - Account - Manage Account - Delete Account". To delete cloud logs, feedback records, diagnostic materials, or to request help when you cannot sign in, submit a request through https://www.getsaypilot.com/data-deletion/ or support@getsaypilot.com. We will handle verifiable deletion requests within 15 business days, unless laws, financial audit, security risk control, dispute handling, backup recovery, or similar requirements require retention.

4. Accounts, Sign-In, and Entitlements

Some cloud generation, quota sync, entitlement records, feedback tracking, or cross-device features may require an account. Depending on server-side configuration, SayPilot may support email verification codes, phone verification codes, Google sign-in, Passkeys, or other sign-in methods. The methods actually available are those shown in the App.

You are responsible for protecting your account, device unlock method, email, phone number, Google account, Passkey, and other credentials, and for activity under your account. If you discover abnormal account activity, credential leakage, or unauthorized use, please contact us at support@getsaypilot.com promptly.

You must not rent, lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise trade accounts, quotas, invite codes, purchase benefits, or service eligibility. You must not bypass quotas, frequency limits, risk controls, or account restrictions.

Signing out only ends the login session on the current device. It does not automatically delete your cloud account, cloud logs, order records, quota records, or feedback records. Account deletion can be handled through "Management Center - Account - Manage Account - Delete Account". Other cloud data deletion requests should follow this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the data deletion page.

5. Payments, Memberships, and Purchases

As of the last updated date of this Agreement, SayPilot offers Google Play Billing one-time credit packs in the public Android release. The available packs are credits_30, credits_100, and credits_300, and are shown in the App only when returned by Google Play or by the SayPilot backend sale configuration. Subscriptions, external payment methods, simulated payments, and test payment features are not offered to ordinary release users in this release.

Credit pack prices, taxes, payment method handling, purchase completion, refund eligibility, and charge disputes are governed by the in-app page, Google Play rules, payment provider rules, and this Agreement. Purchased credit packs add the displayed number of cloud generation credits after successful Google Play verification. Restored purchases, refunds, voided purchases, risk-control decisions, or account deletion may affect credit balance and order records as described in the App, this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and applicable Google Play rules.

6. AI-Generated Content

SayPilot uses AI models to generate candidate replies, draft suggestions, conversation summaries, relationship/identity hints, and profile review results. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent with your actual intent, or may contain omissions, misjudgments, bias, offensive wording, or content unsuitable for the current relationship or context.

You should review and edit any generated content before using, copying, pasting, or sending it. For medical, legal, financial, investment, personal safety, employment, education, major contract, public affairs, emergency, or other high-risk situations, do not rely only on SayPilot output to make decisions.

You understand and agree that SayPilot output is not legal, medical, financial, investment, psychological, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee that generated content is correct, lawful, complete, reliable, fit for a particular purpose, or free from misunderstanding.

7. User Content and Permission to Process It

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your chat content, input drafts, contact notes, feedback materials, screenshots, and other user content.

To provide SayPilot, you authorize us to process, transmit, cache, analyze, and display user content within the scope necessary for chat recognition, reply generation, draft evaluation, profile review, local memory, cloud requests, troubleshooting, feedback handling, security risk control, service maintenance, and compliance review.

You must make sure you have the right to process the relevant chat content and screenshots in SayPilot. If content involves another person's privacy, trade secrets, confidential information, sensitive personal information, or legally protected material, you should obtain the necessary authorization or redact it before use. Do not intentionally submit passwords, payment verification codes, government ID numbers, bank card numbers, precise locations, contact lists, medical records, children's sensitive information, or other sensitive information unrelated to reply suggestions.

SayPilot uses reasonable redaction measures to reduce the exposure of high-risk information, but redaction may be affected by text format, recognition quality, language expression, and similar factors, and is not guaranteed to catch everything. You remain responsible for confirming that your inputs, screenshots, and feedback materials are appropriate for use with the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SayPilot to:

  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, public order, public morals, or third-party platform rules.
  • Send spam, bulk marketing messages, scams, harassment, hateful content, violent threats, illegal sexual content, or other unlawful or abusive content.
  • Impersonate others, mislead others, or infringe another person's privacy, reputation, likeness, trade secrets, intellectual property, or other rights.
  • Bypass third-party chat app risk controls, conduct automated harassment, manipulate metrics, scrape data, register accounts in bulk, generate messages in bulk, or otherwise disrupt platform order.
  • Upload, enter, or spread viruses, malicious code, attack scripts, or interfere with SayPilot, backend services, model providers, app stores, or third-party chat apps.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass permission controls, bypass quota limits, abuse APIs, forge requests, scrape service data, or try to obtain unauthorized data.
  • Generate, assist with, or spread plans for unlawful or dangerous conduct, including cyberattacks, scams, drug manufacturing, weapon creation, self-harm, privacy invasion, or evasion of law enforcement.
  • Use SayPilot to process third-party chat records, screenshots, files, or personal information that you are not authorized to process.

SayPilot is provided only as a user-triggered, on-device chat reply assistance tool. SayPilot does not provide or encourage any use of third-party chat apps through non-public interfaces, reverse engineering, hooks, injection, cracking, access to third-party app databases/private directories/encryption keys, protocol emulation, bulk scraping, automatic message sending, or bypassing third-party platform risk controls.

You are responsible for the messages you ultimately send, the actions you take, the content you submit, and the consequences of using SayPilot.

9. Third-Party Chat Apps and Services

SayPilot is not an official product of WeChat, WeCom, WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Messenger, or any other chat app, and does not represent those apps or their operators. When using a third-party chat app, you must also comply with that app's terms, privacy policy, community rules, and platform policies.

Except for reading currently visible screen content through Android system capabilities when you actively trigger and authorize the feature, SayPilot does not claim or rely on authorization, partnership, official APIs, or non-public data channels from any third-party chat app.

Changes to third-party chat app page structures, control names, system restrictions, versions, account risk controls, anti-abuse rules, or business policies may cause SayPilot recognition to fail, generation results to be incomplete, features to be unavailable, or adaptation quality to change. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility, but we do not promise that any third-party app will remain available, complete, or stable.

SayPilot may connect to or depend on Android system services, Google Play services, Google sign-in, Passkeys, email or SMS verification services, Google Play Billing, model providers, cloud infrastructure, logging and monitoring services, and support/feedback services. Those services are provided by their operators and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

SayPilot's software, code, interface, interaction design, icons, trademarks, documents, algorithm logic, data structures, model orchestration, service architecture, and related rights are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. Without written permission from us or the rights holder, you may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, mirror, commercially exploit, or otherwise use them without authorization.

This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SayPilot in accordance with this Agreement and in-app instructions.

For AI-generated reply suggestions you obtain through SayPilot, you may decide whether to use them, provided that your use does not violate laws, third-party rights, this Agreement, or third-party service rules. You are responsible for any use, modification, publication, or sending of that content.

11. Feedback and Diagnostic Materials

When you submit feedback, export diagnostic files, or attach screenshots, SayPilot may collect the issue description, contact details, device information, app version, system version, permission status, request status, log fragments, conversation summaries, screenshots, or other diagnostic materials you choose to submit.

By submitting feedback, you authorize us to use those materials to diagnose issues, improve the service, contact you for clarification, and handle support requests. Please confirm before submission that the materials do not contain unrelated sensitive information. If they contain another person's information, make sure you have obtained the necessary authorization or have redacted it.

Recognition details, request log summaries, and user notes included in feedback diagnostic exports are locally redacted where possible. Contact details you actively enter are kept. If you attach screenshots, the original screenshots may contain unredacted content.

12. Service Changes, Interruption, and Termination

We may adjust, suspend, discontinue, or terminate some or all SayPilot features because of product planning, technical maintenance, model provider capabilities, third-party platform changes, laws and regulations, app store policies, security risk control, cost control, or operational needs.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes through in-app notices, website announcements, release notes, or other appropriate methods. For service interruptions, delays, errors, or data loss caused by networks, systems, devices, permissions, third-party services, force majeure, security incidents, regulatory requirements, or user misconduct, we will assume responsibility only to the extent required by law.

If you violate this Agreement, laws and regulations, app store rules, third-party platform rules, or if your conduct threatens service security, harms others' rights, abuses resources, or bypasses restrictions, we may take measures such as notices, feature restrictions, service suspension, removal of violating content, account freeze or termination, refusal to continue service, or legal action.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SayPilot is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, fully compatible with all devices or third-party chat apps, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, lawful, appropriate, or consistent with your expectations.

You are responsible for losses or disputes arising from the following, unless the law provides otherwise:

  • You fail to review, misuse, directly send, or otherwise improperly use AI-generated content.
  • You violate this Agreement, laws and regulations, third-party chat app rules, or another person's rights.
  • You intentionally submit chat content, screenshots, personal information, or confidential information that you are not authorized to process.
  • Third-party chat apps, model providers, networks, devices, system permissions, app stores, or other third-party services change, fail, or restrict functionality.
  • You fail to protect your account, device, email, phone number, Passkey, or other credentials.

If your unlawful, infringing, breaching, or abusive conduct causes losses, claims, penalties, or expenses to us, other users, third-party service providers, or third-party chat app operators, you must bear the corresponding responsibility as required by law.

14. Minors

SayPilot is mainly intended for users who have full legal capacity. If you are a minor, you should use the App only with the consent and guidance of your parent or guardian. Parents and guardians should help minors understand the limits of AI-generated content, chat privacy risks, and online communication responsibilities.

If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has used SayPilot without consent or submitted personal information that should not be processed, please contact us at support@getsaypilot.com.

15. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement as product features, account systems, paid features, backend deployment, model providers, laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, or app store policies change. For material changes, we will notify you through in-app notices, website announcements, release notes, or another appropriate method.

If you continue to use SayPilot after the Agreement is updated, you accept the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the update, you should stop using the relevant features or stop using the App.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the SayPilot service should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction over the operator's registered address. Mandatory legal rules on consumer protection, jurisdiction, or dispute resolution will prevail where applicable.
